Campaign Overview
This cashback campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) for newly acquired Ratibi users in the month of Nov. Eligible customers who take a qualifying OnDemand loan during the campaign period will receive AED 5 cashback on their loan fees.
Campaign Duration
- Start Date: 1st Nov 2025
- End Date: 30th Nov 2025
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only Ratibi customers acquired in the month of November 2025 are eligible for the campaign.
- Eligible customers who take a qualifying OnDemand loan during the campaign period will receive AED 5 cashback on their loan fees
- Only OnDemand loans disbursed during the campaign period i.e 1st November- 30th November, 2025 will be eligible.
- Employees of Payit or FAB are not eligible to participate.
Cashback Details
- Eligible customers will receive AED 5 cashback on their loan fees.
- Cashback will be credited to the customer’s Payit wallet within 30 working days after the conclusion of the campaign.
- Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Other Terms
- Only successfully disbursed loans within the campaign period will be considered eligible.
- Payit reserves the right to verify customer eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
- Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at its sole discretion with prior notice.
- By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to Payit contacting them regarding the campaign.
- All decisions made by Payit regarding this campaign are final and binding.
Compliance and Fair Usage
- Any detected or suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or manipulation to gain cashback will result in immediate disqualification and possible suspension of the customer’s Payit account.
Liability
- Payit and FAB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of participating in this campaign or receiving cashback.
- In the event of any disputes related to the campaign, FAB’s decision shall be final and binding.
Data Usage
- By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information by Payit and FAB for the purposes of administering the cashback, promotional activities, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and FAB’s privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
