1. Campaign Period

• The campaign will run from 1st August to 9th August 2025.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The campaign is open to all Payit customers who purchase India corridor international gift vouchers or perform India corridor international mobile top-ups during the campaign period.
• Employees of Payit and FAB are not eligible to participate.

3. Offer Details

• International Mobile/Data Recharge: 10% cashback up to AED 2 on a minimum spend of AED 15. Applicable for only 1 transaction during the campaign period.
• International Gift Vouchers: 10% cashback up to AED 5 on a minimum spend of AED 15. No limit on the number of transactions.
• Cashback will be credited to the user’s Payit wallet within 14 working days after the conclusion of the campaign.

4.Conditions

• Only transactions made during the campaign period will be considered.
• Cashback is applicable only on eligible India corridor international gift vouchers and mobile/data top-ups.
• Users must have an active Payit account to receive cashback.

5. Redemption Limit

• Mobile/Data Recharge: 1 transaction only per user.
• Gift Vouchers: Unlimited transactions allowed during the campaign period.

6. General Conditions

• The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Payit reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
• Payit reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time with prior notice.

7. Fraud & Abuse

• Any suspicious activity, misuse, or fraudulent behavior may result in disqualification and withdrawal of the cashback reward.
• Payit reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in case of fraud or abuse.

8. Data Usage

• By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information by Payit and FAB for the purposes of administering the campaign, cashback distribution, and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable data protection laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

9. Liability

• Payit and FAB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of participating in this campaign or accepting any reward.
• In case of any disputes related to the campaign, FAB’s decision shall be final and binding.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
