Payit Rewards is a loyalty program that gives you benefits for sending money (online remittances), daily card and wallet use, keeping a wallet balance, and other financial activities. You automatically collect Payit Rewards while using Payit’s services, and these can be exchanged for vouchers from our selection of partners.
No, you are automatically enrolled into the programme once you successfully register for a Payit wallet account, at no extra cost.
Tap the “Rewards” icon on the Payit home screen to access the Rewards Platform via App in App navigation.
Points are allocated based on transaction types and values, as explained on the Payit Rewards page.
Your points and available vouchers are displayed in real time on the Rewards Section after logging in through Payit.

Select a voucher in the Rewards Section and follow the on-screen instructions. OTP validation is required, and points are deducted immediately upon redemption.

If your account is flagged for suspected fraud, you will not be able to redeem vouchers; your login will be suspended.
Redemptions and points are handled automatically on a secure platform.
Payit does not process refunds or reversals for redeemed vouchers; this depends on the merchant partner’s terms and conditions. The liability for refunds lies with the merchant.
No, reports generated for Payit or the partner (for voucher redemption) do not contain any personally identifiable customer data
