Terms and Conditions

Campaign Overview

This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote OnDemand loan applications among eligible Payit users. Eligible customers who take a qualifying loan during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw to win cash prizes totaling AED 4,000.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 1st December 2025
  • End Date: 31st December 2025

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Participants must be active Payit users from one of the following segments:
    • Full KYC
    • Ratibi
    • Payit Plus
  2. Only loans applied and successfully disbursed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  3. Only those customers who have not taken any OnDemand loan in 2025 are eligible for this campaign.
  4. Employees of Payit or FAB are not eligible to participate.

Raffle & Prizes

  • A total of 8 winners will be selected at random after the campaign ends.
  • Prize Distribution:
    • Grand Winner (1): AED 2,000
    • Second Tier (2 winners): AED 500 each
    • Third Tier (5 winners): AED 200 each
  • Winners will be notified via email and/or in-app within 30 working days of the campaign’s conclusion.
  • Prizes will be credited to the winner’s Payit account within 30 working days.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with DED regulations.

Other Terms

  • Only successfully disbursed loans within the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  • Payit reserves the right to verify customer eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
  • Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at its sole discretion with prior notice.
  • By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to Payit contacting them regarding the campaign.
  • All decisions made by Payit regarding this campaign are final and binding.

Compliance and Fair Usage

  • Any detected or suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or manipulation to gain raffle entries will result in immediate disqualification and possible suspension of the customer’s Payit account.

Liability

  • Payit and FAB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of participating in this campaign or receiving any prize.
  • In case of any disputes related to the campaign, FAB’s decision shall be final and binding.

Data Usage

  • By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information by Payit and FAB for the purposes of administering the raffle draw, prize distribution, and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable data protection laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
