Campaign Overview

This giveaway is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote engagement on its official Instagram page.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 09th January 2026
  • End Date: 31st January 2026
    All entries must be submitted within this period. Late entries will not be considered.

Eligibility

  • Open to UAE residents aged 18 years or above.
  • Employees of Payit and FAB, including their immediate family members, are eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To qualify, participants must:

  1. Like the campaign post pinned at the top of https://www.instagram.com/payitwallet
  2. Follow the Payit Instagram page
  3. Tag two friends in the comments section of the campaign post.

Only participants who complete all three steps will be entered into the draw.

Winner Selection

  • One (1) winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
  • The draw will be conducted in accordance with Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) guidelines.
  • Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and announced on Payit’s official Instagram page.

Prizes

  • Meta Wayfarer Ray Ban Smart Glasses
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of the campaign’s conclusion, subject to availability.

Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity

  • By participating in this Campaign, each customer agrees that, if declared a winner, Payit may publish and display the customer’s name across its official media channels, including on Payit’s website, social media platforms, via press releases, and other official communication or promotional outlets.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes

  • If a winner fails to claim or collect the prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification or announcement, Payit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and/or utilize it for future promotions, marketing activities, or upcoming campaigns without any further obligation or liability to the original winner.

General Conditions

  • Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.
  • Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign with prior notice.
  • By participating, users agree to allow Payit to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

Liability

  • Payit and FAB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants.

Data Usage

  • Participants consent to the collection and use of personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the federal laws of the UAE, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
