Campaign Period:
The campaign runs from 18th July 2025 to 31st July 2025, inclusive.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Offer is valid for Payit customers (Full KYC and Ratibi cardholders) who have never taken an onDemand salary advance/loan before.
- Only the first 300 eligible users who meet the criteria will receive the cashback
- Employees of Payit, FAB are not eligible to participate
Offer Details:
- Eligible users who take their first onDemand loan during the campaign period and repay it on time will receive a 50% cashback on the processing fee, up to a maximum of ê 30.
- Cashback will be credited to the user’s Payit wallet within 14 working days after successful repayment of the loan.
Repayment Condition:
- Cashback will only be awarded if the loan is repaid in full on or before the due date.
- Late repayments will disqualify the user from receiving the cashback reward.
Redemption Limit:
This offer is valid for one-time use only and only on the first-ever onDemand transaction.
Multiple entries or attempts from the same user will not be considered.
General Conditions:
- The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Payit reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
- The first 300 qualifying users will be determined based on timestamp of loan disbursal and repayment success.
- Payit reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Fraud & Abuse:
- Any suspicious activity, misuse, or fraudulent behavior may result in disqualification and withdrawal of the cashback reward.
- Payit reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in case of fraud or abuse
Data Usage
By participating in this Activity, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information by Payit and FAB for the purposes of administering the raffle draw, prize distribution, and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable data protection laws and FAB’s privacy policy.
Liability
- Payit and FAB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of participating in this Activity or accepting any prize.
- In case of any disputes related to the Activity, FAB’s decision shall be final and binding.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
