Campaign Overview

This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote OnDemand loan applications among eligible Payit users. Eligible customers who take a qualifying OnDemand loan during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw.

Campaign Duration

Start Date: 1st May 2026
End Date: 31st May 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  • Participants must be active Payit users from the following segment:
    • Full KYC Customers
    • Payit Plus Customers
  • Only OnDemand loans applied for and successfully disbursed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  • Employees of Payit or First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate.

Raffle & Prizes

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random after the campaign ends.
  • Prize: 8 grams of Gold

Prize Distribution

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or in-app notification within 30 working days from the end of the campaign.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED) regulations and applicable UAE laws.

Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity

By participating in this Campaign, each customer agrees that, if declared a winner, Payit may publish and display the customer’s name across its official media channels, including but not limited to Payit’s website, social media platforms, press releases, and other official promotional or communication outlets.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes

If the winner fails to claim or collect the prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification or announcement, Payit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and/or utilize it for future promotions, marketing activities, or upcoming campaigns without any further obligation or liability to the original winner.

General Conditions

  • Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any stage of the campaign.
  • Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time with prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
  • By participating in the campaign, users agree to allow Payit to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the campaign.

Liability

Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the prize.

Data Usage

By participating in this campaign, customers consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
