Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

  • This campaign (“Campaign”) is open to all Ratibi customers using the Payit application.
  • Employees of FAB, Payit, their affiliates, partners, and related parties are not eligible to participate.

  1. Campaign Period

  • The Campaign is valid from 1 April 2026 until 30 April 2026, both days inclusive.
  • Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for entry.

  1. Eligible Transactions

  • Participants will receive one (1) entry into the draw for their first eligible transaction completed during the Campaign Period.
  • If a participant completes more than one eligible transaction during the Campaign Period, they will receive a maximum of two (2) entries in total for that month.
  • Eligible services include:
  • Transfers from Payit wallet to Payit wallet are excluded from this Campaign

  1. Draw Structure

  • A single raffle draw will be conducted at the end of the Campaign Period.
  • A total of ten (10) winners will be selected for the month.

  1. Winner Selection & Prize

  • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible transactions recorded during the Campaign Period.
  • Each selected winner will receive one (1) AED 500 e‑Gift Voucher.
  • The e‑Gift voucher issued to winners will be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issuance.
  • Any unused voucher after the validity period will automatically expire and will not be reinstated, extended, or replaced.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non‑transferable.
  • Payit reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners prior to prize fulfilment.

  1. Disqualifications

  • Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, or unsuccessful will not qualify for entry.
  • Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Payit’s terms and conditions may result in disqualification at Payit’s sole discretion.

  1. Modification & Termination

  • Payit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Payit’s decision regarding all Campaign matters shall be final and binding.

  1. Data Usage

  • By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts
