Campaign Overview

This promotional campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to encourage wallet top-ups among eligible Payit users. Customers who top up their Payit wallet with ê 100 or more during the campaign period will automatically enter a raffle draw for a chance to win ê 200.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 1 April 2026
  • End Date: 30 April 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Participants must be active Payit users with a valid and verified Payit account.
  2. This campaign is exclusively for the Full KYC customers
  3. Only successful wallet top-ups of ê 100 or more completed within the campaign period will be counted as entries.
  4. Employees of Payit or First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate.
  5. Each successful top‑up of ê 100 or more equals one (1) entry into the raffle.

Raffle & Prizes

  • A total of 10 winners will be selected at random after the campaign ends.
  • Prize: ê 200, issued in the form of a promocode.
  • Prize Distribution:
    • The promocode will be sent to the winner’s email address registered with Payit.
    • Winners will be notified within 30 working days after the campaign concludes.
  • Prizes are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.
  • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with DED regulations.

Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity

By participating, customers agree that Payit may publish their name across official Payit channels, including the website, social media platforms, press releases, and other promotional communication, if they are selected as winners.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner does not redeem or use the promocode within sixty (60) days of receiving it, Payit reserves the right to withdraw the prize and use it for future campaigns or marketing promotions without any further obligation.

General Conditions

  • Payit reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage.
  • Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign with prior notice.
  • Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

Payit and FAB will not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment experienced by participants related to the campaign or prize redemption.

Data Usage

By participating, users consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the campaign and other promotional activities, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the UAE, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
