Term & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

  • The Ramadan Campaign (“Campaign”) is open to selected Ratibi customers using the Payit application.
  • Employees of FAB, Payit, their affiliates, partners, and related parties are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Period

  • The Campaign is valid from 18 February 2026 until 23 March 2026, inclusive.
  • Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for entry.

3. Eligible Transactions

  • Any successful Payit transaction completed during the Campaign Period will qualify for entry into the draw.
  • Eligible services include:
    • Remittance
    • On-Demand
    • Bill Payments
    • Other applicable Payit services
  • Peer‑to‑Peer (P2P) transfers are excluded from this Campaign.

4. Draw Structure:

    • The campaign will include two (2) raffle draws:
      One mid-campaign draw
    • One end-of-campaign draw
  • A total of twenty (20) winners will be selected.
  • Each winner will receive one (1) e‑Gift Voucher promo code valued at AED 500.

5. Winner Selection & Prize

  • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible transactions recorded during the campaign period.
  • Each selected winner will receive one (1) AED 500 eGift voucher.
  • The promo code cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
  • Payit reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

6. Disqualifications

  • Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, or unsuccessful will not qualify.
  • Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Payit’s terms and conditions may result in disqualification at Payit’s sole discretion.

7. Modification & Termination

  • Payit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Payit’s decision regarding all Campaign matters shall be final and binding.

8. Data Usage

  • By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts
