Introduction
- These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to ACTIVE7 Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, by First Abu Dhabi Bank (“Payit”).
- By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Campaign Detail
- This campaign is exclusive to a selected number of customers, offering AED 7 cashback upon the successful completion of an eligible international money transfer during the campaign period.
Eligibility Criteria
- The offer is available only to selected Payit users who meet the campaign criteria. Eligible customers will be notified directly.
Campaign Period
- The campaign runs from April 21, 2025, until May 21, 2025, both days inclusive.
Participation
- Enter the promo code ACTIVE7 to qualify for the AED 7 cashback offer.
- Eligible Transactions: All international transfers made through Payit are eligible.
- Minimum Money Transfer Value: AED 10.
- Each customer can redeem the cashback offer up to two times during the campaign period.
- The promo code is valid for one-time use per transaction and is active for the duration of the campaign period only (April 21 to May 21, 2025).
Cashback Details
- Upon successful completion of an eligible international transfer, customers will receive AED 7 cashback, which will be credited directly to their Payit Wallet.
Cancellation Policy
- If the customer requests a cancellation after the transfer has been initiated, the cancellation will be processed if possible; however, the AED 7 cashback received through the promo code will not be included in the refunded amount. Standard cancellation policies of the transfer service provider will apply.
General Conditions
- Payit retains the absolute right to alter or terminate the campaign with prior notice to the customer. By participating, customers accept and agree to the stipulated terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
