1. Eligibility
- This campaign is open to selected existing Payit customers, excluding Ratibi cardholders, who have not completed any remittance transactions within the last 90 days prior to 1 November 2025.
- The offer is extended only to customers who receive direct communication from Payit regarding this Campaign.
- Participants must complete at least one successful international remittance transaction during the campaign period (1 November 2025 – 30 November 2025).
- Employees of Payit, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Payit reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
2. Offer Mechanics
- Eligible customers who complete at least one successful international remittance transaction during November 2025 will receive two (2) free remittance transactions to be used in December 2025.
- The two free transactions will be valid for use from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025 only.
- Each free transaction will cover the remittance fee portion only; foreign exchange rates and other applicable charges remain subject to standard terms.
- Once the qualifying November transaction is completed, a promo code for the free remittances will automatically appear in the customer’s Payit app in December 2025.
- Customers can use the displayed promo code during their next two eligible transactions in December to avail the free remittance fee.
3. Campaign Period
- Campaign period: 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2025 (inclusive).
- Reward validity: 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025.
- Transactions made outside these periods are not eligible for this offer.
5. General Conditions
- Payit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
- The free remittance reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing Payit promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.
- Payit’s decision on all matters related to the campaign shall be final and binding.
6. Fraud & Misuse
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the campaign (e.g., fake accounts, multiple sign-ups, or non-genuine transactions) will result in disqualification.
- Payit reserves the right to reverse any rewards granted in case of refund, cancellation, or misuse of the offer.
7. Data & Privacy
- Participant data will be processed as per Payit’s Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws.
8. Liability & Disputes
- Payit shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in this campaign.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
