Introduction
- These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TRYAGAIN10 Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, by First Abu Dhabi Bank (“Payit”).
- By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Campaign Detail
- This campaign is exclusive to a selected number of customers, offering an AED 10 cashback upon completing an eligible international money transfer during the campaign period.
Eligibility Criteria
- The offer is available only to selected Payit users who meet the campaign criteria. Eligible customers will be notified directly.
- FAB and Payit Employees are not eligible to participate.
- New to Payit
- Download the Payit wallet app for free on Android, iOS, and Huawei App Gallery.
- All you’ll need is a valid Emirates ID & active Mobile number, to complete your registration on the app.
- Complete your account verification.
- Fund your wallet by linking a local bank debit card or topping up directly from a bank account.
Campaign Period
- The campaign runs from March 19, 2025, until April 20, 2025, both days inclusive.
Participation
- Enter the promo code TRYAGAIN10 to qualify for the AED 10 cashback offer.
- Eligible Transactions: All international transfers made through Payit are eligible.
- Minimum Money Transfer Value: AED 100.
Cashback Details
- Upon successful completion of an eligible international transfer, customers will receive AED 10 cashback, credited directly to their Payit Wallet.
Cancellation Policy
- If the customer requests a cancellation after the transfer has been initiated, the transaction will not be considered as an Eligible Transaction and the refund of transfer fees may not apply. Standard cancellation policies of the transfer service provider will be enforced.
General Conditions
- Payit and FAB employees, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
- Payit retains the absolute right to alter or terminate the campaign with prior notice to the customer. By participating, customers accept and agree to the stipulated terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
