Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Each remittance transaction completed during the campaign period automatically qualifies for one raffle entry.
• More transactions increase the chances of winning.
• The campaign is open to all Payit customers making international transfers using any accepted transfer method.
• This offer is available only for Payit customers meeting the eligibility criteria above.
• Payit and FAB employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

Campaign Duration:

• The campaign runs from December 10, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
• Winners will be announced in early January 2025

Participation: 

• Customers are automatically entered into the raffle upon completing a remittance transaction during the campaign period.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

• If a transaction is canceled or reversed for any reason, it will not be eligible for the raffle draw.

General Terms: 

• Payit retains the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion with prior notice to participants.
• By participating, customers agree to these terms and conditions

Legal Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates
• Any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
