Terms and Conditions

Campaign Overview

This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote loan applications across key Payit segments. Eligible customers who take a qualifying loan during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw to win ê 5,000.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 1st November 2025
  • End Date: 30th November 2025 (11:59 PM Gulf Standard Time)

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Participants must be active Payit users from one of the following segments:
    • Full KYC
    • Ratibi
    • Payit Plus
  2. Only loans applied and successfully disbursed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  3. Employees of Payit or FAB are not eligible to participate.

Raffle & Prizes

  • A total of 1 winner will be selected at random after the campaign ends.
  • The winner will receive an ê 5,000 Payit cash voucher via email associated with the Payit account.
  • Winner will be notified via email and/or in-app within 20 working days of the campaign’s conclusion.
  • The voucher will be sent to the winner’s email address associated with Payit within 30 working days.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • To claim the prize, the winner must use the voucher’s promocode before its expiry date, which will be clearly stated on the promocode itself.
  • If the promocode is used after its expiry date and the prize is not redeemed, Payit will not be held responsible for any loss or non-issuance of the reward.
  • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with DED regulations.

Other Terms

  • Only successfully disbursed loans within the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  • Payit reserves the right to verify customer eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
  • Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at its sole discretion with prior notice.
  • By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to Payit contacting them regarding the campaign.
  • All decisions made by Payit regarding this campaign are final and binding.

Compliance and Fair Usage

  • Any detected or suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or manipulation to gain raffle entries will result in immediate disqualification and possible suspension of the customer’s Payit account.

Liability

  • Payit and FAB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of participating in this campaign or receiving any prize.
  • In case of any disputes related to the campaign, FAB’s decision shall be final and binding.

Data Usage

  • By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information by Payit and FAB for the purposes of administering the raffle draw, prize distribution, and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable data protection laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
