Campaign Overview

This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote OnDemand loan applications among eligible Payit users. Eligible customers who take a qualifying loan during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 5th February 2026
  • End Date: 31st March 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Participants must be active Payit users from one of the following segments:
    • Full KYC
    • Payit Plus
  2. Only loans applied and successfully disbursed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  3. Employees of Payit or FAB are not eligible to participate.

Limited-Time Double Entry Opportunity

  • As a limited-time promotional offer, eligible customers who apply for and successfully receive a qualifying OnDemand loan between 13th March 2026 and 31st March 2026 (the “Double Entry Period”) will receive two (2) entries into the raffle draw instead of one (1).

  • This Double Entry Opportunity is valid only during the Double Entry Period stated above.

  • Each eligible customer may receive a maximum of two (2) raffle entries under this offer, regardless of the number of loans taken during the Double Entry Period.

  • All other eligibility criteria, campaign terms, and conditions remain unchanged and continue to apply.

Raffle & Prizes

  • A total of 1 winner will be selected at random after the campaign ends.
  • Prize: 2 times of winner’s salary capped at 5,000 AED
  • Prize Distribution:
  • Winner will be notified via email and/or in-app within 30 working days of the campaign’s conclusion.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with DED regulations.

Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity

  • By participating in this Campaign, each customer agrees that, if declared a winner, Payit may publish and display the customer’s name across its official media channels, including on Payit’s website, social media platforms, via press releases, and other official communication or promotional outlets.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes

  • If a winner fails to claim or collect the prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification or announcement, Payit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and/or utilize it for future promotions, marketing activities, or upcoming campaigns without any further obligation or liability to the original winner.

General Conditions

  • Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.
  • Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign with prior notice.
  • By participating, users agree to allow Payit to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

Liability

  • Payit and FAB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants.

Data Usage

  • Participants consent to the collection and use of personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the federal laws of the UAE, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
