Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This campaign (“Campaign”) is open to select Ratibi customers using the Payit application to whom the offer has been communicated to.

2. Campaign Period

• The Campaign is valid from 1 April 2026 until 30 April 2026, both days inclusive.
• Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for entry.

3. Eligible Transactions

• To qualify for the Campaign, customers must complete the required combination of services during the Campaign Period.
• The required combination is as follows:
  • One (1) Payit to Payit transaction

and

• Get OnDemand transaction

• Only successful transactions will be considered eligible.

4. Reward

• Eligible customers who complete both required transactions will receive:
  • AED 15 e-gift voucher, sent to the customer’s registered email address.
• The reward is limited to one (1) per eligible customer during the Campaign Period.

5. Disqualifications

• Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, or unsuccessful will not qualify for entry.
• Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Payit’s terms and conditions may result in disqualification at Payit’s sole discretion.

6.  Modification & Termination

• Payit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Payit’s decision regarding all Campaign matters shall be final and binding.

7.  Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts
