Campaign Overview

This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote international remittance transactions among eligible Payit users. Eligible customers who successfully perform an international remittance transaction during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw. In addition, customers will receive guaranteed Reward Points for every successful remittance transaction.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 1 May 2026
  • End Date: 30 June 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Participants must be active Payit users from the following segment:
    • Full KYC customers only
  2. Only successful international remittance transactions completed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  3. Employees of Payit or First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
  4. Each successful international remittance transaction will count as one (1) entry into the raffle draw and will qualify the customer for guaranteed Reward Points.

Raffle, Rewards & Prizes

Guaranteed Reward

  • For every successful international remittance transaction, customers will receive 100 Reward Points guaranteed.
  • Reward Points will be credited to the customer’s Payit wallet in accordance with the Payit Rewards Program rules.

Raffle Prizes

  • Winners will be selected at random after the campaign ends.

Prizes:

  • 1 Grand Winner: Apple MacBook Neo
  • 2 Winners: Apple Watch Series 11
  • 4 Winners: AED 1,000 vouchers (LuLu or Amazon)

Winner Notification & Prize Distribution

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or in‑app notification within 30 working days from the end of the campaign.
  • Prizes are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED) regulations and applicable UAE laws.

Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity

By participating in this Campaign, each customer agrees that, if declared a winner, Payit may publish and display the customer’s name across its official media channels, including but not limited to Payit’s website, social media platforms, press releases, and other official communication or promotional outlets.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner fails to claim or collect the prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification or announcement, Payit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and/or utilize it for future promotions or marketing activities without any further obligation or liability to the original winner.

General Conditions

  • Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
  • Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign with prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
  • Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of any prize or reward.

Data Usage

Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
