Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Salary to a Million Campaign – Payit Plus (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.
Campaign Overview
The Campaign is designed to encourage new Payit Plus salary account by incentivising customers to transfer their salary to Payit Plus during the Campaign Period. Eligible participants will stand a chance to win reward points through a raffle draw.
Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from 01 May 2026 to 31 May 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Eligibility
4.1 The Campaign is open exclusively to new Payit Plus customers who open a Payit Plus salary account during the Campaign Period.
4.2 Participants must successfully transfer and receive their salary into their Payit Plus account during the Campaign Period to be eligible.
4.3 Salary transfers may be completed via B2B (employer‑led) or B2C (direct) acquisition channels.
4.4 The Payit wallet must be active and in good standing at the time of participation and reward fulfillment.
4.5 Employees of FAB and Payit may open accounts and transfer salary but are not eligible to win any Campaign rewards.
4.6 Any salary credit that is reversed, cancelled, disputed, or flagged as fraudulent will not be considered eligible.
4.7 Payit reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in suspicious, irregular, or abusive activity.
Campaign Mechanism & Rewards
5.1 Each eligible customer who successfully transfers their salary during the Campaign Period will qualify for one raffle entry, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.
5.2 No separate registration is required to participate; eligible entries will be recorded automatically.
5.3 A total of ten (10) winners will be selected through a raffle draw conducted after the Campaign Period.
5.4 Each winner will receive 1,000,000 Payit reward points, credited directly to their Payit wallet.
5.5 Each customer can win only once during the Campaign Period.
5.6 Winners will be notified using their registered contact details within a reasonable period following the raffle draw.
5.7 Reward points will be credited within a reasonable timeframe after winner confirmation, subject to internal verification and processing..
General Conditions
6.1 Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
6.2 Payit is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or from the acceptance or use of any reward.
6.3 Payit reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
6.4 Payit’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Campaign shall be final and binding.
6.5 By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to release and hold harmless Payit and FAB from any claims arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
