Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Payit Universal Account – Welcome Points Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Campaign Overview

The Campaign is designed to encourage eligible customers to open a Payit Universal Account and credit their salary into the account during the Campaign Period in order to earn Payit Reward Points, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria set out below.

  1. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 01 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). 

  1. Eligibility

4.1 The Campaign is open to individuals who:

  • Successfully open a new Payit Universal Account during the Campaign Period; and
  • Successfully credit their salary into the Payit Universal Account; and
  • Maintain continuous salary credits in the account for a minimum period of three (3) consecutive months.

4.2 The Campaign is applicable only to new Payit Universal Account customers.

4.3 Participants must have an active Payit wallet in good standing throughout the qualifying period.

4.4 Employees of FAB and Payit may participate in opening accounts but are not eligible to receive any Campaign rewards.

4.5 Any reversed, cancelled, irregular, interrupted, or suspicious salary credits will be excluded from the Campaign.

4.6 Payit reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in suspicious, irregular, or abusive activity.

  1. Campaign Mechanism & Rewards

5.1 Eligible customers who successfully meet all eligibility criteria, including maintaining salary credits for a continuous period of three (3) months, will qualify for the Campaign reward.

5.2 Upon successful completion of the eligibility criteria, eligible customers will receive 10,000 Payit Reward Points.

5.3 Reward Points will be credited only after confirmation of successful completion of the full three-month salary maintenance period.

5.4 Reward Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.5 Each eligible customer can receive the reward only once during the Campaign Period.

5.6 Reward Points will be credited within a reasonable period after eligibility validation, subject to internal verification and processing.

  1. General Conditions

6.1 No separate registration is required beyond fulfilling the eligibility criteria stated in these Terms.

6.2 Payit is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or from the use of any reward.

6.3 Payit reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

6.4 Payit’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Campaign shall be final and binding.

6.5 By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to release and hold harmless Payit and FAB from any claims arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
