Campaign Overview

This promotional raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) in collaboration with Travelwings. The campaign aims to encourage Payit users to perform bill payment transactions (local and cross-border) during the campaign period.

Eligible customers who successfully complete bill payment transactions will be automatically entered into a raffle draw for a chance to win travel-related rewards.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 23 June 2026
  • End Date: 31 July 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  • The campaign is open to active Payit users.
  • Only successful bill payment transactions (local and cross-border) completed during the campaign period will qualify.
  • Each successful transaction will count as one (1) entry into the raffle draw.
  • Employees of Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are eligible to participate.
  • Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, or incomplete will not be considered.

Raffle Prizes

Winners will be selected through a random raffle draw conducted after the campaign period, in accordance with applicable UAE regulations.

Prizes Include:

  • 1 Grand Winner: ê 1,000 Travelwings Discount Coupon
  • 2 Winners: Desert Safari Experience (for the winner + 1 guest each)

Prize Details & Redemption Conditions

Travelwings Discount Coupon:

  • Redeemable on the Travelwings website for holiday packages (inclusive of air tickets).
  • Valid on a minimum spend of ê 3,000.
  • Applicable only for FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) bookings.
  • Valid until 31 December 2026.
  • No blackout dates apply.
  • Coupon is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Desert Safari Experience:

  • Awarded to two winners only.
  • Each winner is entitled to bring one additional guest.
  • Booking is subject to availability of slots with Travelwings or its partners.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected randomly after the campaign ends.
  • Winners will be notified via registered email and/or in-app notification within 30 working days from the campaign end date.
  • Payit’s decision regarding winner selection is final and binding.

Public Disclosure of Winners

By participating in this campaign, winners agree that Payit may publish their name and/or partial identity across official Payit channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.

Forfeiture of Prize

If a winner does not claim the prize within 60 days of notification, Payit reserves the right to forfeit the prize and reallocate or utilize it for future promotions without liability.

General Conditions

  • Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any stage of the campaign.
  • Payit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign, subject to regulatory approval and applicable laws.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the campaign or usage/redemption of prizes.

Data Protection

Participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for campaign administration and marketing purposes, in compliance with UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

Regulatory Compliance

The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED) regulations and all applicable UAE laws.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
