Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to Payit customers who have not performed any remittance transactions between March and June 2026.

2. Campaign Period

• The Campaign is valid from 1 July 2026 until 31 July 2026, both days inclusive.
• Transactions completed outside this period will not be eligible

3. Eligible Transactions

• Entries apply only for successful transactions completed via: Remittance (Send Money Home)

4. Offer / Reward

• Eligible customers will receive:
• 5,000 Reward Points
• Reward is applicable for completing one successful remittance transaction

5. Reward Limitation

• This offer is limited to the first 1,000 eligible customers only during the campaign period.

6. Reward Fulfilment

• Reward points will be credited to the customer’s Payit account following a successful transaction, within the first week of August 2026.

7. Disqualifications

• Cancelled, reversed, refunded, or failed transactions will not qualify
• Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Payit’s terms may result in disqualification at Payit’s sole discretion.

8. Modification & Termination

• Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Data Usage

• By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts
