Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

This campaign (“Campaign”) is open to new Payit customers who register and use the Payit application during the Campaign Period.

  1. Campaign Period

  • The Campaign is valid from 1 July 2026 until 31 July 2026, both days inclusive
  • Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible.

  1. Eligible Transactions

  • To qualify for the Campaign, customers must:
    • Successfully register on Payit
    • Complete their first eligible transaction using any of the supported services (e.g., Send Money Home, onDemand, or bill payments)
  • Only successful transactions will be considered eligible.

  1. Offer / Reward

  • Eligible customers will receive: 5,000 Reward Points
  • The reward is granted upon completion of one (1) successful transaction.

  1. Reward Limitation

  • The reward is limited to one (1) per eligible customer during the Campaign Period
  • Only the first transaction will be considered for reward eligibility
  • The offer is limited to:
    1. The first 500 customers completing a remittance transaction
    2. The first 500 customers completing an onDemand transaction

  1. Reward Fulfilment

  • The reward will be credited to the customer’s Payit account after successful completion of the qualifying transaction
  • Timeline of crediting may vary and will be communicated if required

  1. Disqualifications

  • Cancelled, reversed, refunded, or failed transactions will not qualify.
  • Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Payit’s terms may result in disqualification at Payit’s sole discretion.

  1. Modification & Termination

  • Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  1. Data Usage

  • By participating, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
