Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Start Remittance & Earn 10X Points Campaign – Payit Plus (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Campaign Overview
The Campaign is designed to encourage eligible Payit customers who have never used remittance services to complete their first international remittance transaction. Eligible participants will receive 1,000 Payit Reward Points instead of the standard 100 points upon successfully completing their first remittance transaction during the Campaign Period.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from 01 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Campaign is open exclusively to eligible Payit customers who:
– Have an active Payit Plus account;
– Have never completed an international remittance transaction through Payit prior to the Campaign Period; and
– Successfully complete their first international remittance transaction during the Campaign Period.
4.2 The customer’s Payit account must be active and in good standing at the time of participation and reward fulfilment.
4.3 Only the first successful remittance transaction completed during the Campaign Period will qualify for the Campaign reward.
4.4 Employees of FAB and Payit may perform remittance transactions but are not eligible to receive Campaign rewards.
4.5 Any remittance transactions that are cancelled, reversed, disputed, duplicated, fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise deemed invalid by Payit shall not be considered eligible.
4.6 Payit reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in suspicious, irregular, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
5. Campaign Mechanism & Rewards
5.1 Eligible customers who successfully complete their first international remittance transaction during the Campaign Period will automatically qualify for the Campaign reward.
5.2 Each eligible customer will receive 1,000 Payit Reward Points, representing a 10X reward bonus compared to the standard reward of 100 points.
5.3 The reward is applicable once per customer during the Campaign Period regardless of the number of remittance transactions subsequently completed.
5.4 No separate registration is required to participate in the Campaign. Eligibility will be validated automatically based on Payit system records.
5.5 Reward Points will be credited within a reasonable timeframe following successful validation and completion of internal processing requirements.
5.6 Payit reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to reward fulfilment.
6. General Conditions
6.1 Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
6.2 Payit is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or from acceptance or use of any reward.
6.3 Payit reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
6.4 Payit’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Campaign shall be final and binding.
6.5 By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to release and hold harmless Payit and FAB from any claims arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
