1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Remittance Win-Back & Switch Campaign – Payit Plus (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Campaign Overview
The Campaign is designed to encourage eligible Payit Plus customers to resume or increase remittance activity by offering a 50% discount on remittance fees during the Campaign Period. The Campaign specifically targets customers who have previously used Payit Remittance but have become inactive, as well as customers currently using external remittance providers.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from 01 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Campaign is open exclusively to selected Payit Plus customers who are identified by Payit as belonging to one of the following segments:
- Customers who have previously used Payit Remittance but are no longer actively remitting (“Dormant Remitters”); or
- Customers identified as using external money transfer operators, exchange houses, or competing remittance services (“External MTO Users”).
4.2 Customers must receive the Campaign communication from Payit and complete an eligible remittance transaction during the Campaign Period.
4.3 The Payit Plus account must be active and in good standing at the time of participation and reward fulfilment.
4.4 Employees of FAB and Payit are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
4.5 Any remittance transactions that are cancelled, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, suspicious, duplicated, or otherwise deemed invalid by Payit shall not be considered eligible.
4.6 Payit reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in suspicious, irregular, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
5. Campaign Mechanism & Rewards
5.1 Eligible customers who complete a successful international remittance transaction during the Campaign Period will receive a 50% discount on applicable remittance fees, subject to the Campaign rules.
5.2 The discount is applicable only to qualifying remittance transactions completed during the Campaign Period.
5.3 No separate registration is required to participate in the Campaign. Eligibility will be determined automatically based on Payit records and campaign segmentation criteria.
5.4 The discount will be applied automatically to eligible transactions during the Campaign Period, subject to system validation and availability.
5.5 Payit reserves the right to define corridor eligibility, transaction limits, campaign caps, and customer eligibility criteria as required.
5.6 The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, combined with any other promotional offer unless otherwise specified by Payit, or applied retrospectively to previously completed transactions.
6. General Conditions
6.1 Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
6.2 Payit is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or from acceptance or use of any Campaign benefit.
6.3 Payit reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
6.4 Payit’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Campaign shall be final and binding.
6.5 By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to release and hold harmless Payit and FAB from any claims arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
