Campaign Overview

This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote international remittance transactions among Payit customers.

Eligible customers who successfully perform at least one (1) international remittance transaction during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw for a chance to be selected as one of ten (10) winners.

Campaign Duration

• Start Date: 3 September 2026
• End Date: 30 September 2026

Eligibility Criteria

1. This campaign is open to all Full KYC Payit customers and Payit Plus customers.
2. Participants must have an active and fully verified Payit account.
3. Only successful international remittance transactions completed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
4. Employees of Payit or First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
5. Each eligible customer will receive one (1) entry only into the raffle draw, regardless of the number of remittance transactions performed during the campaign period.

Raffle & Prizes

Winners will be selected at random after the campaign ends.

Prizes

Total Winners: 10

Winner Notification & Prize Distribution

1. Winners will be notified via email, phone call, SMS, and/or in-app notification within thirty (30) working days from the end of the campaign.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
3. Payit reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control so require.
4. The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism regulations and applicable UAE laws.

Public Disclosure of Winners

By participating in this campaign, each customer agrees that, if declared a winner, Payit may publish and display the customer’s name, nationality, photograph, and/or prize details across its official media channels, including but not limited to Payit’s website, social media platforms, press releases, and other promotional communication channels.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prize

If a winner fails to claim or collect the prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification or announcement, Payit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and/or utilize it for future promotions without any further obligation to the original winner.

General Conditions

1. Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
2. Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise deemed invalid by Payit will not qualify for the campaign.
3. Payit may disqualify any participant found to be manipulating the campaign process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Payit may modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the campaign with prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
5. Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or disappointment suffered by participants arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance, use, or inability to use any prize.

Data Usage

Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal data for campaign administration, winner verification, prize fulfilment, and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
