Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

This campaign (“Campaign”) is open to RATIBI customers using the Payit application within participating corporates.

  1. Campaign Period

The Campaign is valid from 1 November 2026 until 30 November 2026, both days inclusive.

Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for entry.

  1. Eligible Transactions

Entries apply only to successful eligible transactions completed during the Campaign Period through:

  • Send Money Home (international remittance)
  • onDemand loan

Only successfully completed and verified transactions will qualify for entry.

onDemand loan is subject to eligibility and approval. Customers can apply for one (1) onDemand loan per month.

  1. Entry Rules

  • Each successful eligible Send Money Home transaction = one (1) entry, up to a maximum of two (2) entries.
  • One (1) successful eligible onDemand loan transaction = one (1) entry.
  • A customer can receive a maximum of three (3) entries during the Campaign Period (two (2) from Send Money Home and one (1) from onDemand loan). Any additional eligible transactions will not provide additional entries.

  1. Draw Structure & Winner Selection & Notification

A raffle draw will be conducted after the end of the Campaign Period.

A total of five (5) winners will be selected from all eligible customers who completed qualifying Send Money Home and/or onDemand loan transactions, in one combined draw.

  • Each selected winner will receive one (1) 2-gram Gold Coin.
  • Winners will be randomly selected from the eligible customer pool through the raffle draw, subject to eligibility verification.
  • Each customer can win only one (1) prize.
  • Selected winners will be notified via email and SMS.

  1. Prize

Each selected winner will receive one (1) 2-gram Gold Coin.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. Disqualifications

Rejected, failed, pending, cancelled, reversed, refunded or incomplete transactions will not qualify for entry.

Payit reserves the right to withhold an entry or prize where a transaction is subsequently found to be ineligible.

  1. Modification & Termination

Payit reserves the right to amend/suspend/terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable requirements.

  1. Data Usage & Governing Law

Participation in the Campaign implies consent to the processing of personal data for Campaign administration purposes in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

The Campaign and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates
