Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This campaign (“Campaign”) is open to all Payit customers using the Payit Wallet application. 
• Employees of FAB, Payit, campaign partners, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

2. Campaign Period

• The Campaign will run from 11 August 2026 to 10 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
•  
• Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for entry. 

3. Eligible Transactions

Customers will receive entries into the raffle draw for successful transactions completed through:

• International Bill Payments
• Gift Voucher Purchases

Cancelled, reversed, refunded, or unsuccessful transactions will not qualify. 

4. Entry Mechanism

• Each successful International Bill Payment or Gift Voucher purchase earns one (1) raffle entry. 
• Customers may earn up to a maximum of three (3) raffle entries during the Campaign Period. 
• For example: 

1. 1 qualifying transaction = 1 entry
2. 2 qualifying transactions = 2 entries
3. 3 or more qualifying transactions = 3 entries (maximum)

• All eligible entries will be included in the raffle draw.

5. Prize Structure

The following prizes will be awarded through a raffle draw:

Each winner is eligible to receive only one prize under this Campaign.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected through a raffle draw from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.
• Payit reserves the right to verify customer eligibility before prize fulfilment.
• The decision of Payit regarding winner selection shall be final and binding. 

7. Prize Fulfilment

• Eligible winners will receive their prizes in the form of eGift vouchers. 
• eGift vouchers will be issued after winner verification and validation. 
• Winners will be notified via SMS, push notification, and email using the contact details registered with Payit.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails validation requirements, Payit reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• eGift vouchers will be valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance. Any unused balance or unredeemed voucher will expire automatically upon expiry and will not be replaced, extended, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• eGift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Disqualification

Payit may disqualify any participant who:

• Provides incorrect or misleading information.
• Engages in fraudulent activity.
• Violates Payit’s terms and conditions.

9. Modification or Cancellation

Payit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

10. Data Privacy

By participating in this Campaign, customers consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information solely for Campaign administration and prize fulfilment purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s privacy requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
