Letsgo Payit Card is a virtual card that you can apply for on your Payit Wallet account. You can use the card to make purchases at any shop, and it can be linked to Samsung Pay and Apple Pay, etc. You can also use the physical card for withdrawals at any ATM.

To be eligible to apply for Letsgo Payit Card, you will need to complete the verification process. Once your Payit Wallet is fully verified, you can apply for Letsgo Payit Card. 

You can use the Payit Mobile app to request a virtual card or a physical card.

When you request Letsgo Payit Card, you will be asked to set up a PIN.

  1. Log in to your Payit Wallet account and follow these steps:
  • Select the card.
  • Select “Change card PIN”.
  • You will be prompted to enter a new card PIN.
  • You will be prompted to confirm the new PIN
  • You will be asked to enter your Wallet PIN.
  1. Log in to your Payit Wallet account and follow these steps:
  • Click the card icon.
  • Click “Apply for physical card”.

Your physical card will be delivered in three to five working days.

Yes, you can withdraw money from any ATM domestically and internationally.

  • AED 2 fee for non-FAB ATMs in the UAE
  • AED 6 fee for GCC ATMs
  • AED 20 for International ATM

Yes, you can use any FAB ATM machine to check your balance for free. If you use another bank’s ATM, there will be a AED 1 fee.

No, you can only use the card to check your balance and withdraw money.

– Select your card on the home screen.
– Click “Add to Samsung Pay”, “Add to Fitbit Pay” or “Add to Google Pay”.
– Enter your name and card number.
– Accept the T&Cs/Terms & Conditions/Terms and Conditions.

– Select your card on the home screen.
– Click “Add to Apple Pay”.
– Enter your name and card number.
– Accept the T&Cs/Terms & Conditions/Terms and Conditions.

The QR code makes it easier for others to transfer funds to your Wallet. If they do not have Payit, the QR code will prompt them to download the app from an app store.

You can view your transaction history by following these steps:
– Log in to your Payit Wallet account.
– Scroll down to view the transaction history.
– Select “View all” on the right-hand side.
– Click the Letsgo Card to view all transactions.

– Log in to your Payit Wallet account.
– Click your virtual card.
– Select “Block and replace”.
– Click “Block card”.
– Select the reason for blocking the card.
– Select “Next”.
– You will be asked if you want a replacement card or if you want to request one later.

Once you block a card, you won’t be able to unblock it and you will need to request a new card.

After blocking the card on your Payit Wallet account, you will see an option to request a new card. 

– Log in to your Payit Wallet account.
– Click your virtual card.
– Select “Freeze card”.
– Click “Temporarily freeze card”. 
– Click “Done”.

– Log in to your Payit Wallet account.
– Go to your transaction history.
– Select the transaction that you want to dispute.
– Select “Raise a dispute”.
– Select the reason for the dispute.
– Click “Raise a dispute” at the bottom of the screen.

You have 90 days from the date of the transaction to dispute the transaction. The investigation of the dispute can take up to 180 days.
