- The winners will have their prizes delivered to them.
- The winners will require to provide proof of identity such as Emirates ID and passport.

- Voucher must be presented by its holder upon arrival to the Reception Desk
- Voucher cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, and will be considered Void if sold for Cash or other consideration.
- Voucher cannot be replaced by the Hotel if lost, destroyed, defaced, damage, stolen, or expired.
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction to any other offer.

Cancelation, Modification and No-Show Policy:
- Any Cancelation received after booking is done, will result in the full stay being charged as per the agreed rate.

- In case of No Shows, full charges will apply as penalty.
