To initiate the salary transfer process to your Payit Plus Account, start by downloading the Payit app on your mobile device and complete the signup process by clicking on payit plus. Upon successful account verification, navigate to your profile settings and share the Payit IBAN with your employer for the salary transfer.

You may go to profile settings & share your IBAN with your employer. You will be converted to Payit plus account holder on receipt of your first alary credit to payit.

Withdrawals at First Abu Dhabi Bank ATMs are free of charge. Additionally, there are currently zero fees for international transfers to over 40 countries.

No, there is no minimum salary requirement or minimum balance needed for your Payit Plus Account.
Once you share the Payit IBAN with your employer for the salary transfer, it is your employer’s responsibility to ensure that the salary is deposited in a timely manner into your Payit Plus Account.
No, salary transfers on Payit are free of charge.
Once you share the Payit IBAN with your employer, existing users can receive their salary transfers to their payit account from the following month. New users should go through the complete Payit Plus Account registration process on receiving their Emirates ID and only then will be able to receive their salary in the account.
If you decide to change your salary transfer from Payit, please notify your employer about the change. Additionally, inform us of the change so that we can initiate the necessary processes to complete your request.

Upon completing the signup and verification process on the Payit app, your salary can be accessed immediately once it reaches your Payit Plus Account.
Payit is powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, including those set by the UAE Central Bank. We prioritize your security with multiple measures, such as PIN authentication required to log in to the app, a confirmation step for every transaction, automatic logout after inactivity, and the option to enable touch ID or face recognition for enhanced security. Payit is PCI-DSS and GDPR compliant.
After successfully completing the signup and verification process for your Payit Plus Account, navigate to the home screen. Tap the ‘Activate’ button located under the Letsgo Card image at the top-right of the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your digital Letsgo Payit Card.
After activating your digital Letsgo Payit Card, go to the home screen and tap the ‘View Card’ button located under the Letsgo Card image at the top-right. Next, select the banner that says “Request Physical Card.” Enter your accurate address details for card delivery. Please note that your account will be temporarily frozen during the card request and delivery period. Once you activate the physical card, the temporary freeze will be lifted.
If your Letsgo Payit card is activated, navigate to the home screen and tap “View Card.” This will take you to the card management screen where you can find options to temporarily freeze or block/unblock your card. For assistance, you can also contact the call center at 600543329.
View the transaction history on the app to track the inflow and outflow of funds. Additionally, monitor your salary transfers and account balance through the monthly statements sent to your registered email. You can also request statements via the card management screen.

If 3 consecutive salaries are not received on Payit plus, you will automatically be converted from a payit plus customer to a payit customer where you could access all the services within the app but certain benefits enjoyed exclusively by payit plus customer will not be applicable for you.

We ensure same-day processing for WPS salaries if the funds and salary file are received before 12 noon.

No, as an employer, you cannot request for Payit Letsgo Cards. Request and activation of cards can only be done by the user on the app, once they are fully verified. While activating and using a digital card is quick, the delivery time for the physical card is 3-5 working days.
