Eligibility Criteria

All Ratibi customers are eligible to participate in this campaign.

Winners Selection

  1. In total there will be 12 winners
  2. Each winner will win 500 AED cash voucher
  3. Winners are selected on a random basis via a raffle draw conducted under the supervision of Department of Economic Development (DED) official.

Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to all Ratibi customers, excluding NAFIS and AE nationals.
  2. The promotional campaign runs from 1st March until 31st March 2025, both days inclusive. 
  3. To be eligible for this promotion, customers must successfully obtain a cash advance through Money on Demand during the campaign period. Upon doing so, the customer will automatically enter the raffle draw.
  4. Only cash advances made within the campaign period qualify for this offer.
  5. We retain the absolute right to alter or terminate the campaign with prior notice to the customer. By participating in this promotion, customers accept and agree to these campaign terms and conditions.
  6. These campaign terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the UAE, as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The Abu Dhabi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions.
  7. By participating in this campaign, the participant grants Payit the right to use their name, image, and/or photograph for promotional and marketing purposes without any further consent or compensation.
  8. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to immediately disqualify a customer from this promotion and suspend a customer’s Payit account in the event of fraudulent activity or any violation of these campaign terms and conditions.
