Campaign Overview

This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote new usage of the OnDemand loan feature. Eligible customers who take a qualifying OnDemand loan during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw to win ê1,000.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 3rd September 2025
  • End Date: 30th September 2025

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Participants must be active Payit users (Full KYC or Payit Plus customers).
  2. Customers must have taken zero or only one OnDemand loan prior to the campaign period.
  3. Only OnDemand loans disbursed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  4. Employees of Payit or FAB are not eligible to participate.

Raffle & Prizes

  • A total of 1 winner will be selected at random after the campaign ends.
  • Each winner will receive an ê 1,000 Payit cash voucher.
  • Winner will be notified via email and/or in-app within 20 working days of the conclusion of the campaign.
  • Vouchers will be credited to the winner’s Payit wallet within 20 working days after the campaign ends.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If a winner does not claim their prize within 60 days, it will be forfeited and donated to the Red Crescent Society as per Department of Economy Development (DED) guidelines.
  • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with DED regulations.

Other Terms

  • Only successfully disbursed loans within the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  • Payit reserves the right to verify customer eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
  • Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at its sole discretion with prior notice.
  • By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to Payit contacting them regarding the campaign.
  • All decisions made by Payit regarding this campaign are final and binding.

Compliance and Fair Usage

  • Any detected or suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or manipulation to gain raffle entries will result in immediate disqualification and possible suspension of the customer’s Payit account.

Liability

  • Payit and FAB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of participating in this campaign or receiving any prize.
  • In the event of any disputes related to the campaign, FAB’s decision shall be final and binding.

Data Usage

  • By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information by Payit and FAB for the purposes of administering the raffle draw, prize distribution, and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable data protection laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms and conditions must be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
