Introduction

• These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Top Up Win Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”) through the Payit Wallet platform (“Payit”).
• By participating in the Campaign, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Details

• The Campaign rewards eligible Payit customers who top up their Payit wallet with ê 500 or more during the campaign period.
• For every ê 500 topped up, the customer will automatically receive one entry into the corresponding weekly raffle draw.

Campaign Period

• The Campaign will run for the full calendar month of November 2025, starting from November 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025, both days inclusive.

Eligibility

• Open to all Payit registered customers.
• Excluded from participation: FAB staff.
• Customers must be UAE residents during the Campaign period.
• New to Payit?

1. Download the Payit wallet app for free on Android, iOS, or Huawei App Gallery.
2. Provide a valid Emirates ID and active mobile number to complete registration.
3. Complete account verification.
4. Add money to your wallet by linking your bank card or topping up from your bank account.

Campaign Mechanics & Prize

• Eligibility: Customers must top up their Payit wallet with ê 500 or more during the campaign period to qualify for the raffle draw.
• Entry Logic:
  • Customers will receive one entry for every ê 500 topped up in their Payit wallet.
  • Example: A top-up of ê 1,000 = 2 entries; a top-up of ê 1,500 = 3 entries.
• Prize: Each weekly draw will award three (3) winners a Payit eGift Voucher valued at ê 500
• Winners: Winners will be selected once a week throughout the campaign period. Each winner will receive a unique Payit eGift Voucher that must be redeemed in the Payit app to have ê 500 credited to their Payit wallet.
  The Payit eGift Voucher is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance.

Winner Selection

• All draws will be conducted in accordance with the Department of Economy Development (DED) raffle guidelines.
• Winners will be notified via the Payit app, SMS, email, or call. Payit eGift Voucher with the value of ê 500 will be sent to each winner by email (EDM). Winners must open their email to retrieve the voucher code, which must be redeemed in the Payit app to have ê 500 credited to their Payit wallet. Each voucher is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance. By participating in this raffle, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information by Payit and FAB for the purposes of administering the raffle draw, prize distribution, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity

• By participating in this Campaign each customer agrees that, if they are declared as a winner, Payit may publish and display the customer’s name across its official media channels. including on Payit’s website, social media platforms, via press releases, and other official communication or promotional outlets.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes

• If a winner fails to claim or collect the prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification or announcement, Payit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and/or utilize it for future promotions, marketing activities, or upcoming campaigns without any further obligation or liability to the original winner.

General Conditions

• Payit eGift Voucher Terms:
  • Each Payit eGift Voucher is unique and can only be redeemed through the Payit app.
  • The voucher is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance. It must be redeemed within this period.
  • Payit eGift Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be reissued once expired, lost, or used.
  • FAB/Payit accepts no liability for any failure to redeem a voucher due to customer error, expired vouchers, or technical issues outside FAB’s reasonable control.
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Payit from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Campaign.
• Payit retains the right to alter or terminate the Campaign with prior notice to customers. By participating, customers accept and agree to the stipulated terms and conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to the interpretation of these Terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
• Payit’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding.
