GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Participants who transfer funds from 12th March 2024 to 15th April 2024, inclusive of both dates, will be eligible to enter the draw.
  2. The minimum transaction value required to enter the draw is AED 100 for Wallet Transfer and AED 350 for Easy Transfer service.
  3. This promotion is valid only for Ratibi customers and Full KYC customers of all nationalities.
  4. The promotion applies only to remittances made using Easy Bank Transfer and Mobile Wallet Transfer.
  5. Duplicate entries will not be considered.
  6. Winners will be selected through an electronic draw.
  7. A total of 17 winners will be chosen.
  8. Winners will be contacted directly via their registered phone numbers and email addresses on Payit.
  9. Prizes will be sent to the winners through courier service. At the time of delivery, winners will need to present their ID for verification purposes before receiving their prize.
  10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. Payit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify customers of such change.
