Promotion Overview
- The “Refer & Win with Payit” campaign is exclusively for Nafis cardholders.
- The campaign offers two free domestic transfers for each successful referral and a chance to win an iPhone 16.
Promotion Period
- The campaign starts on August 20, 2024, and ends on October 31, 2024, both days inclusive. All referrals must be completed, and the first transactions executed by this end date to be eligible.
Eligibility
- This promotion is open only to Nafis cardholders who are registered and active users of the Payit Digital Wallet.
- Employees of Payit and their immediate families, as well as employees of any related agencies, are not eligible to participate.
Referral Process
- To participate, Nafis cardholders must refer a friend or family member to the Payit Digital Wallet.
- The referral must use a unique referral link or code provided by the referring Nafis cardholder.
How to Invite a friend
Step 1: Open the Payit App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Tap on the “Payit” icon on the home screen.
Step 3: Scroll down and select the “Share – Invite a Friend” option.
Step 4: Choose a friend or family member from your contact list and send them an invite to join Payit.
- The referred individual must successfully complete the registration process and execute their first transaction using Payit.
Receiving the Promo Code
- Upon successful completion of the referred individual’s first transaction, the referring Nafis cardholder will receive a unique promo code via email or a Push Notification.
- The promo code entitles the cardholder to two free domestic transfers.
Promo Code Usage
- The promo code must be applied during the domestic transfer process.
- Each promo code is valid for a maximum of two domestic transfers and cannot be used for any other type of transaction.
- Promo codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder who received them.
Grand Prize Draw
- All participating Nafis cardholders who have successfully referred a friend or family member are eligible for the iPhone 16 draw.
- The draw will take place on November 4, 2024, and the winner will be notified by November 5, 2024.
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible participants.
Prize Details
- The iPhone 16 is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Payit will cover the cost of delivery within the UAE.
- The prize for the contest is an iPhone 16, contingent upon its official release date by Apple. In the event of any delay in the release the iPhone 16, the prize will be substituted with an iPhone 15.
General Conditions
- Payit reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion at any time with prior notice.
- Payit also reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these T&Cs or involved in any fraudulent activity.
- The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts provided by Payit.
Data Protection
- By participating in the campaign, participants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion and announcing the winners.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with Payit’s Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
- The promotion is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
