Complete your eligible onDemand loan and/or Send Money Home transaction during the Campaign Period and earn:
5,000 Reward Points per eligible service
Your eligible service depends on the campaign offer you received. You may be eligible for onDemand loan, Send Money Home, or both.
- Limited to one reward per eligible service per customer.
- All qualifying transactions must be successfully completed and verified.
- onDemand eligibility and approval requirements apply.
- Additional transactions under the same eligible service will not earn the Campaign reward again.
Campaign Period
5–31 October 2026
Only successful qualifying transactions completed during the Campaign Period will be eligible.
Important Information
- The Campaign is available only to eligible customers who receive the relevant Campaign communication directly from Payit.
- Your eligible service may be onDemand loan, Send Money Home, or both, depending on the campaign offer you received.
- Eligibility for one service does not automatically mean eligibility for the other.
- Rejected, failed, pending, cancelled, reversed, refunded or incomplete transactions will not qualify.
- Reward Points will be credited after the qualifying transaction has been successfully verified.
- Reward Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to the applicable Payit Reward Points terms and conditions

Combined Terms & Conditions
Campaign Structure
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Payit Reward Points Campaign for the following eligible services:
- onDemand loan: Earn 5,000 Reward Points, equivalent to AED 5, by completing one successful qualifying onDemand loan transaction.
- Send Money Home: Earn 5,000 Reward Points, equivalent to AED 5, by completing one successful qualifying international remittance through Payit.
Customers may be eligible for onDemand loan, Send Money Home, or both, depending on the Campaign communication received directly from Payit.
Eligibility
The Campaign is available only to selected eligible customers who receive the relevant Campaign communication directly from Payit and meet the applicable eligibility criteria.
- Customers may be eligible for onDemand loan, Send Money Home, or both.
- Eligibility for one service does not automatically mean eligibility for the other.
- Customers eligible for both services may earn the applicable reward for each service by completing the respective qualifying transaction.
- Receipt of the onDemand Campaign communication does not guarantee approval of an onDemand loan. Applicable onDemand eligibility and approval requirements apply.
Campaign Period
The Campaign is valid from 5 October 2026 to 31 October 2026, both days inclusive.
Only successful qualifying transactions completed during the Campaign Period will be eligible.
Qualifying Transactions
4.1 onDemand Loan
To qualify, an eligible customer must complete one successful qualifying onDemand loan transaction during the Campaign Period.
The onDemand loan transaction must be approved, successfully completed and verified in accordance with the applicable onDemand requirements.
Submitting an onDemand loan request alone does not qualify the customer for the Campaign reward.
4.2 Send Money Home
To qualify, an eligible customer must complete one successful qualifying international remittance through Payit during the Campaign Period.
The transaction must be successfully completed and verified.
Campaign Rewards
5.1 onDemand Loan
Eligible customers who complete the qualifying onDemand loan transaction will receive:
5,000 Reward Points, equivalent to AED 5.
The reward is limited to one reward per eligible customer for the onDemand loan service during the Campaign Period.
Additional onDemand loan transactions will not earn the Campaign reward again.
5.2 Send Money Home
Eligible customers who complete the qualifying Send Money Home transaction will receive:
5,000 Reward Points, equivalent to AED 5.
The reward is limited to one reward per eligible customer for the Send Money Home service during the Campaign Period.
Additional international remittances will not earn the Campaign reward again.
5.3 Customers Eligible for Both
Customers who are eligible for both onDemand loan and Send Money Home and successfully complete one qualifying transaction for each service may earn:
10,000 Reward Points in total, equivalent to AED 10.
This consists of 5,000 Reward Points for each qualifying service.
Reward Fulfilment
Reward Points will be credited to the eligible customer’s Payit account after the qualifying transaction has been successfully verified.
Reward crediting will be subject to the applicable Campaign fulfilment process.
Non-Qualifying Transactions
The following transactions will not qualify:
- Rejected, failed, pending, cancelled, reversed, refunded or incomplete transactions.
- Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period.
- Transactions that do not meet the applicable eligibility or qualifying criteria.
Payit reserves the right to withhold or reverse Reward Points for transactions subsequently found to be ineligible.
Reward Points Conditions
Campaign Reward Points:
- Are non-transferable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Are subject to the applicable Payit Reward Points terms and conditions.
- Are limited to one Campaign reward per eligible service per customer.
Modification or Termination
Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable requirements.
Data Usage
By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
