Campaign Overview

This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote international remittance transactions among eligible Payit users. Eligible customers who successfully perform at least one (1) international remittance transaction during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 1 July 2026
  • End Date: 31 July 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Participants must be active Payit users from the following segment:
    • Full KYC customers only
  2. Only successful international remittance transactions completed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  3. Employees of Payit or First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
  4. Each eligible customer will receive one (1) entry only into the raffle draw, regardless of the number of remittance transactions performed during the campaign period.

Raffle & Prize

  • Winners will be selected at random after the campaign ends.

Prize:

  • 1 Winner: iPhone 17 Pro

Winner Notification & Prize Distribution

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or in-app notification within 30 working days from the end of the campaign.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) regulations and applicable UAE laws.

Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity

By participating in this campaign, each customer agrees that, if declared a winner, Payit may publish and display the customer’s name across its official media channels, including but not limited to Payit’s website, social media platforms, press releases, and other promotional communication channels.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prize

If the winner fails to claim or collect the prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification or announcement, Payit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and/or utilize it for future promotions without any further obligation to the original winner.

General Conditions

  • Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
  • Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign with prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
  • Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the prize.

Data Usage

Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
