Everyday Wins Campaign

Introduction

  • These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Every Day Wins Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”) through the Payit Wallet platform (“Payit”).
    • By participating in the Campaign, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Details

  • The Campaign rewards eligible Payit customers for maintaining a minimum daily balance of ê1,000 in their Payit wallet.
    • For every ê1,000 maintained per day, the customer automatically receives entries into that day’s draw.
    • One daily winner will receive 1,000,000 Payit Reward Points, where 1,000,000 Reward Points = ê1,000 equivalent value.

Campaign Period

  • The Campaign will run for the full calendar month of May 2026, starting from May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026, both days inclusive.

Eligibility

  • Open to all Payit registered customers who are:
    – Fully KYC-verified
    – Payit Plus users
    • Excluded from participation:
    – Ratibi card holders
    – ADSSA customers
    – NAFIS customers
    – FAB staff
    • Customers must be UAE residents during the Campaign period.

New to Payit?

  1. Download the Payit wallet app for free on Android, iOS, or Huawei App Gallery.
  2. Register using a valid Emirates ID and active mobile number.
  3. Complete account verification.
  4. Add money to your wallet by linking a bank card or topping up from your bank account.

Campaign Mechanics & Reward

  • Eligibility Requirement:
    – Maintain a minimum daily balance of ê1,000 in the Payit wallet.
  • Entry Logic:
    – Customers receive one entry for every ê1,000 maintained in the wallet balance per day.
    – Example: ê3,200 balance = 3 entries for that day.
    – Higher balance = more entries = more chances to win.
  • Daily Reward:
    – 1,000,000 Payit Reward Points for one winner per day.
  • Reward Credit Timeline:
    – Reward Points will be automatically credited to the winner’s Payit wallet within two (2) weeks from the date of winner announcement.

Winner Selection

  • All draws will be conducted in accordance with Department of Economy Development (DED) raffle guidelines.
    • One winner will be selected daily throughout the campaign period.
    • Winners will be notified via Payit app notification, SMS, email, or call.

Reward Points Redemption

  • Reward Points credited to the winner’s wallet can be redeemed by:
    – Clicking the Rewards icon on the Payit home screen.
    • Reward Points may be used in accordance with Payit Rewards program rules available within the app.

Reward Points Validity

  • Reward Points awarded under this Campaign will have a validity of one (1) year from the date they are credited to the customer’s Payit wallet.
    • Unredeemed Reward Points will expire automatically after the expiry date and cannot be reinstated.

Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity

  • By participating in this Campaign, customers agree that if declared a winner, Payit may publish and display the customer’s name across Payit’s official communication channels, including but not limited to:
    – Payit website
    – Social media platforms
    – Press releases
    – Other official promotional materials

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Rewards

  • If a winner does not redeem or utilize the Reward Points within one (1) year from the date of credit, the Reward Points shall expire automatically.
    • Payit shall not be liable for expired or unredeemed Reward Points.

General Conditions

  • Reward Points Terms:
    – Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    – Reward Points cannot be reinstated once expired or redeemed.
    – FAB/Payit shall not be responsible for any failure to redeem Reward Points due to customer error or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
  • Participants agree to release and hold harmless Payit and FAB from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Campaign.
  • Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign with prior notice to customers.
  • Payit’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
