1. Campaign Overview
   

   This giveaway is organized by Payit, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank, in partnership with Joyalukkas, to promote engagement on Payit’s official Instagram page during the football season.

2. Campaign Period
   

   Start Date: 8 July 2026
   End Date: 19 July 2026

All entries must be submitted within this period. Late entries will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
   

   The campaign is open to UAE residents aged 18 years or above.
   Employees of Payit, FAB and Joyalukkas, including their immediate family members, are eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter
   

   To qualify, participants must:

• Follow the Payit Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/payitwallet
• Like the campaign post pinned on Payit’s Instagram page
• Comment which team they think will win on the campaign post

Only participants who complete all three steps will be entered into the draw.

5. Winner Selection
   

   One (1) winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
   The draw will be conducted in accordance with Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) guidelines.
   The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and announced on Payit’s official Instagram page.

6. Prize
   

   The prize is one (1) 5gm Gold Football from Joyalukkas.
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
   The prize will be awarded within 30 days of the campaign’s conclusion, subject to availability.

7. Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity
   

   By participating in this campaign, each participant agrees that, if declared a winner, Payit may publish and display the participant’s name across its official media channels, including Payit’s website, social media platforms, press releases, and other official communication or promotional outlets.

8. Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prize
   

   If the winner fails to claim or collect the prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification or announcement, Payit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and/or utilize it for future promotions, marketing activities, or upcoming campaigns without any further obligation or liability to the original winner.

9. General Conditions
   

   Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.
   Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign with prior notice.
   By participating, users agree to allow Payit to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

10. Liability
    

    Payit, FAB and Joyalukkas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants.

11. Data Usage
    

    Participants consent to the collection and use of personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s privacy policy.

12. Governing Law
    

    These terms are governed by the federal laws of the UAE, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
