Campaign Overview
This raffle campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to promote OnDemand loan usage among eligible customers holding FAB IBAN accounts. Eligible customers who avail an OnDemand loan during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a lucky draw to win prizes.

Eligibility Criteria
- Participants must be active Payit users with:
- Full KYC status, and
- FAB IBAN linked to their Payit account
• Only customers who apply for and successfully receive (disbursed) an OnDemand loan during the campaign period will qualify.
• Employees of Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate.
Raffle & Prizes
- Eligible participants will be automatically entered into a lucky draw.
• One (1) winner will be selected randomly after the campaign ends.
• Prize: Apple Watch Series 11.
Prize Distribution
- Winners will be notified via email and/or in-app notification within 30 working days from the end of the campaign.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
• The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET/DED) regulations and applicable UAE laws.
Public Disclosure of Winner’s Identity
By participating in this campaign, customers agree that if selected as winners, Payit may publish their names on official channels, including website, social media, and other promotional platforms.
Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner does not claim the prize within 60 days of notification, Payit reserves the right to withdraw or reallocate the prize without further obligation.
General Conditions
- Payit reserves the right to verify eligibility of participants at any stage.
• Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign with prior notice, subject to regulatory approvals.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Liability
Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the prize.
Data Usage
Participants consent to the collection and processing of personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in line with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
