Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This campaign (“Campaign”) is open to all Ratibi customers using the Payit Wallet application.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign is valid from 5 October 2026 until 31 October 2026, both days inclusive. Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for entry.

3. Eligible Transactions

Entries apply only to successful eligible transactions completed through the Payit Wallet application during the Campaign Period using the following services:

• International Remittance (Send Money Home)
• onDemand loan

International Remittance transactions qualify for the Remittance draw only. onDemand loan transactions qualify for the onDemand loan draw only. onDemand loan transactions remain subject to the applicable product eligibility requirements and terms and conditions. A loan application alone does not qualify as a successful transaction.

4. Entry Rules

4.1. onDemand loan draw

One (1) successful eligible onDemand loan transaction during the Campaign Period earns one (1) entry into the onDemand loan draw. A maximum of one (1) entry per customer is permitted in the onDemand loan draw during the Campaign Period.

4.2. Remittance draw

Each successful eligible international remittance transaction during the Campaign Period earns one (1) entry into the Remittance draw, subject to a maximum of two (2) entries per customer during the Campaign Period. Two (2) or more successful eligible international remittance transactions earn a maximum of two (2) entries in total. Any additional remittance transactions will not earn further entries.

4.3. Participation in both draws

The same customer may participate in both the onDemand loan draw and the Remittance draw, provided the customer completes the relevant successful eligible transactions during the Campaign Period. The entry limits apply separately to each draw. A customer may therefore earn a maximum of three (3) entries across both draws, allocated as follows:

• One (1) entry in the onDemand loan draw.
• Two (2) entries in the Remittance draw.

Entries are product-specific and cannot be combined or transferred between the two draws. For example, a customer who completes one (1) successful eligible onDemand loan transaction and three (3) successful eligible international remittances receives one (1) entry in the onDemand loan draw and two (2) entries in the Remittance draw.

5. Draw Structure & Winner Selection

Two (2) separate raffle draws will be conducted at the end of the Campaign Period.

A total of Ten (10) prizes will be awarded across the two draws. Winners will be selected randomly from the valid entries in each respective draw. Only onDemand loan entries will be included in the onDemand loan draw, and only Remittance entries will be included in the Remittance draw. Participation in either or both draws does not guarantee a prize.

6. Prize

Each selected winner will receive one (1) AED 500 noon voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Use of the noon voucher is subject to the applicable redemption terms, validity period and restrictions provided with the voucher.

7. Disqualifications

Cancelled, reversed, refunded, or failed transactions will not qualify for entry Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Payit’s terms may result in disqualification

8. Data Usage

By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
