Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Remit & Get It Back Campaign – Payit Plus (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms .
Campaign Overview
The Campaign is designed to encourage increased international remittance usage among Payit Plus customers by offering selected customers an opportunity to win back their remitted amount, subject to a capped value, through a raffle draw conducted after the Campaign Period.
Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from 01 May 2026 to 31 May 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Eligibility
4.1 The Campaign is open to Payit customers with an active Payit Plus (PPLUS) wallet during the Campaign Period.
4.2 Participants must complete at least one successful international remittance transaction using Payit Plus during the Campaign Period to be eligible.
4.3 The Payit wallet must be active and in good standing at the time of participation and reward fulfillment.
4.4 Employees of FAB and Payit may perform remittance transactions but are not eligible to win any Campaign rewards.
4.5 Any remittance transactions that are reversed, cancelled, disputed, or identified as fraudulent will not be considered eligible.
4.6 Payit reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in suspicious, irregular, or abusive activity..
Campaign Mechanism & Rewards
5.1 Each successful international remittance transaction completed during the Campaign Period will qualify as one raffle entry, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
5.2 Multiple eligible remittance transactions during the Campaign Period may result in multiple raffle entries.
5.3 No separate registration is required to participate; eligible entries will be recorded automatically.
5.4 A limited number of winners will be selected through a raffle draw conducted after the Campaign Period.
5.5 Selected winners will receive a cashback equivalent to their remitted amount, capped at a value of AED 700 by Payit.
5.6 Each customer can win only once during the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of eligible transactions completed.
5.7 Winners will be notified using their registered contact details within a reasonable period following the raffle draw.
5.8 Cashback rewards will be credited directly to the winner’s Payit wallet within a reasonable timeframe after verification and internal processing.
General Conditions
6.1 Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
6.2 Payit is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising out of participation in the Campaign or from acceptance or use of any reward.
6.3 Payit reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
6.4 Payit’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Campaign shall be final and binding.
6.5 By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to release and hold harmless Payit and FAB from any claims arising out of or in connection with the Campaign..
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
