Campaign Period

  1. Eligibility

This campaign (“Campaign”) is open to Ratibi customers using the Payit application.
Employees of FAB, Payit, their affiliates, partners, and related parties are not eligible to participate.

  1. Campaign Period

The Campaign is valid from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, both days inclusive.
Any activity completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for rewards.

  1. Campaign Mechanics

To qualify for the reward, customers must successfully complete both of the following actions during the Campaign Period:

  • Fully repay their existing onDemand loan in the Payit app; and
  • Successfully apply for a new onDemand loan.

Partial repayments are not eligible for this Campaign.

  1. Reward Details

Eligible customers will receive 5,000 Payit Reward Points upon successful completion and verification of both steps.
Reward Points will be credited to the customer’s Payit wallet after internal validation.

  1. Reward Credit Process

  • Reward Points are credited manually after repayment and re‑application are verified.
  • Payit reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards in case of discrepancies or suspected misuse.

  1. Usage of Reward Points

    Reward Points can be redeemed through the Payit Rewards section, subject to the applicable Rewards Terms & Conditions available on the Payit platform.

  1. Disqualification

Customers may be disqualified if:

  • Transactions are cancelled, reversed, refunded, or unsuccessful
  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected
  • There is a breach of Payit’s general Terms & Conditions

  1. Modification & Termination

Payit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All decisions by Payit regarding the Campaign are final and binding.

  1. Data Usage

By participating, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
