Campaign Overview

This campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to encourage eligible OnDemand customers to clear their outstanding OnDemand dues and re-engage with the product.

Eligible customers who successfully repay their outstanding OnDemand loan and subsequently become eligible for OnDemand again during the campaign period may receive 4,000 Rewards Points, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Campaign Duration

• Start Date: 1st August 2026
• End Date: 31st August, 2026

Eligibility Criteria

1. Participants must be active Payit users from the following segment:
   • Customers identified by Payit as OnDemand delinquent customers from the Full KYC segment
2. To qualify for the reward, the customer must:
   • Successfully repay their outstanding OnDemand loan during the campaign period; and
   • Successfully apply for Payit OnDemand loan again during the campaign period.
3. Employees of Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
4. Any repayment transactions that are reversed, disputed, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent will not qualify for the campaign.

Reward Details

1. The first 1,000 eligible customers who successfully meet all campaign requirements during the campaign period will receive:

Reward: 4,000 Rewards Points each

1. The reward is limited to one (1) reward per eligible customer during the campaign period.
2. Once the limit of 1,000 eligible customers has been reached, no further rewards will be granted under this campaign.
3. Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Reward Credit

1. FAB Rewards Points will be credited to eligible customers within 30 working days after validation of campaign eligibility.
2. Payit reserves the right to verify all customer activity before awarding the reward.
3. In the event of any discrepancy regarding campaign qualification, Payit’s decision shall be final.

Disqualification

Payit reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides inaccurate or misleading information.
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• Attempts to manipulate the campaign in any way.
• Violates Payit’s Terms & Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.

General Conditions

1. Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
2. Payit may modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
3. Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Eligibility for future OnDemand usage remains subject to Payit’s standard product eligibility criteria and approval requirements.
5. Meeting the campaign requirements does not guarantee approval for future OnDemand facilities.

Liability

Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants arising from participation in the campaign or receipt of the reward.

Data Usage

Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for campaign administration and related promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
