Rewards Millionaire Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Rewards Millionaire Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Campaign Overview

The Campaign is designed to encourage transaction activity across the Payit customer base by rewarding customers for completing eligible transactions during the Campaign Period. Customers can earn Payit Rewards Points and receive raffle entries for every eligible transaction completed across supported Payit products.

  1. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 07 April 2026 to 07 May 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

  1. Eligibility

4.1 The Campaign is open to all Payit customers with an active Payit wallet in good standing.

4.2 Customers must complete at least one successful eligible transaction during the Campaign Period to participate.

4.3 Employees of FAB and Payit may participate in transactions but are not eligible to win raffle prizes.

4.4 Any transactions that are cancelled, reversed, disputed, or identified as fraudulent or suspicious will not be considered eligible.

4.5 Payit reserves the right to disqualify any customer found engaging in suspicious, irregular, or abusive activity.

  1. Campaign Mechanism & Rewards

5.1 Raffle Entries & Rewards Points

Every successful eligible transaction completed during the Campaign Period will earn:

  • One (1) raffle entry into the Rewards Millionaire Campaign n raffle, and
  • Standard Payit Rewards Points, based on the transaction type.

5.2 Rewards Earning Structure

  • SEND (International Remittance): 100 Payit Rewards Points per transaction
  • BORROW (Money on Demand – MOD): 1,000 Payit Rewards Points per MOD request
  • SPEND: 1 Payit Rewards Point for every AED 10 spent
  • SALARY CREDIT: 100 Payit Rewards Points per salary credit

5.3 Eligible Transaction Types

  • SEND: International remittance transactions (MS / MG / SWIFT)
  • BORROW: Money on Demand (MOD) loan requests
  • SPEND:
    • Bill payments
    • Gift voucher purchases

5.4 Additional Conditions

  • There is no minimum transaction amount required; all qualifying transactions are eligible.
  • Multiple transactions during the Campaign Period may result in multiple raffle entries.
  • No separate registration or opt-in is required. Participation is automatic upon completing an eligible transaction.

  1. Raffle Draw & Prize Details

6.1 A total of ten (10) winners will be selected through a random raffle draw conducted after the Campaign Period.

6.2 Each winner will receive 1,000,000 Payit Rewards Points, credited to their Payit wallet.

6.3 Each customer can win only once during the Campaign Period.

6.4 Winners will be notified using their registered contact details.

6.5 Rewards Points will be credited within a reasonable timeframe following winner confirmation, subject to internal validation and processing.

  1. General Conditions

7.1 Payit is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or from the acceptance or use of any reward or prize.

7.2 Payit reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

7.3 Payit’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Campaign shall be final and binding.

7.4 By participating, customers agree to release and hold harmless Payit and FAB from any claims arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
