Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This campaign (“Campaign”) is open only to selected Payit customers who receive the Campaign communication directly from Payit and use the Payit application during the Campaign Period.

2. Campaign Period

  • The Campaign is valid from 11 September 2026 until 31st October 2026, both days inclusive.
  • Qualifying actions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligible Actions

  • To qualify for the Campaign, eligible customers must successfully complete an eligible international remittance using Payit.
  • Only successfully completed and verified actions will be considered eligible.

4. Offer / Reward

Eligible customers will receive:

  • 1,000 extra Reward Points for each successful eligible international remittance.Customers will also receive the standard 100 Reward Points for each eligible international remittance. Therefore, each eligible remittance will earn a total of 1,100 Reward Points.
  • Each qualifying action is rewarded separately.

5. Reward Limitation

  • The extra remittance reward is limited to the first two successful eligible international remittances completed by each eligible customer during the Campaign Period.
  • Only the first two eligible actions under each category will be considered for reward eligibility.
  • The maximum Campaign reward is 2,000 extra Reward Points per eligible customer.
  • Customers completing two eligible remittances will also receive the standard 200 Reward Points, bringing the maximum total to 2,200 Reward Points.

6. Reward Fulfilment

  • Extra Reward Points will be credited to the eligible customer’s Payit account within two weeks following the end of the Campaign Period, subject to successful verification of the qualifying actions.
  • Standard Reward Points for eligible remittances will be credited in accordance with the applicable Payit Reward Points terms and conditions.
  • Reward Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to the applicable Payit Reward Points terms and conditions.

7. Disqualifications

  • Pending, cancelled, reversed, refunded or failed remittance transactions will not qualify.
  • Payit reserves the right to withhold or reverse Reward Points awarded for any action subsequently found to be ineligible.
  • Any misuse, fraud or violation of Payit’s terms may result in disqualification at Payit’s sole discretion.

8. Modification & Termination

  • Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Data Usage

  • By participating, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
