Campaign Overview

This campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to encourage international remittance transactions among selected Payit customers.

Eligible customers who successfully perform at least one (1) international remittance transaction during the campaign period will receive 1,000 Payit Reward Points, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Campaign Duration

  • Start Date: 1 August 2026
  • End Date: 31 August 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Participants must be active Payit users from the following segments:
    • Full KYC customers who have not performed an international remittance transaction in the last three (3) months
    • Only those customers who receive campaign communication from Payit through SMS, push notification, in-app communication, email, or any other designated communication channel.
  2. Only successful international remittance transactions completed during the campaign period will be considered eligible.
  3. Employees of Payit or First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
  4. Customers must have a fully verified and active Payit account in good standing throughout the campaign period and reward fulfilment period.
  5. Each eligible customer can receive the reward once only, regardless of the number of remittance transactions completed during the campaign period.

Reward Details

  • Reward: 1,000 Payit Reward Points
  • Number of Winners: First 6,000 eligible customers
  1. Reward Points will be awarded to the first 6,000 eligible customers who successfully complete a qualifying international remittance transaction during the campaign period.
  2. Eligibility is determined based on the transaction completion date and time recorded within Payit’s systems.
  3. Any cancelled, reversed, refunded, or failed remittance transactions will not qualify for the reward.

Reward Distribution

  1. Eligible Reward Points will be credited to the customer’s Payit Rewards account within 60 working days after the campaign end date.
  2. Reward Points are subject to the Payit Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.
  3. Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

General Conditions

  1. Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and transaction validity at any time during or after the campaign.
  2. Any fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, suspicious transactions, or breach of Payit’s Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification from the campaign and forfeiture of rewards.
  3. Payit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  4. Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  5. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, qualification, reward entitlement, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, Payit’s decision shall be final and binding.

Liability

Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants arising from participation in the campaign or receipt of the Reward Points.

Data Usage

Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
