1. Campaign Period

The “Send Money Home & Win AED 2,000 Every Week!” campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

2. Eligibility

  • The Campaign is open to eligible Payit customers residing in the UAE.

  • Customers must have an active and fully operational Payit account during the Campaign Period.

  • The Campaign is applicable to Payit Plus and FKYC customers.

  • Employees of First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

  • Customers must successfully complete a remittance transaction through the Payit app during the Campaign Period.

  • Each successful remittance transaction will qualify as one entry into the weekly draw.

  • Multiple qualifying transactions may result in multiple entries.

4. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will be selected every week during the Campaign Period.

  • Each winner will receive AED 2,000.

  • A total of four (4) winners will be selected during the Campaign Period.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other benefit.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected through a random electronic draw conducted under applicable UAE regulations and approvals.

  • Each customer may win only once during the Campaign Period.

  • If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted using the mobile number registered with their Payit account.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days, FAB reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Credit

The prize amount will be credited to the winner’s Payit account or through another method determined by FAB within a reasonable period following winner verification.

8. Disqualification

FAB reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions.

  • Engages in fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activities.

  • Provides inaccurate or misleading information.

9. General Conditions

  • Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • FAB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

  • FAB’s decision regarding all matters related to the Campaign shall be final and binding.

  • FAB shall not be responsible for any technical malfunction, network failure, or interruption affecting participation in the Campaign.

10. Privacy

Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be processed by FAB for the purposes of administering the Campaign, verifying eligibility, conducting prize draws, and contacting winners in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and FAB’s privacy practices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
