Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

  • This campaign is open to all Ratibi customers using the Payit Wallet application.

  1. Campaign Period

  • The Campaign is valid from 1 July 2026 until 31 July 2026, both days inclusive.
  • Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for entry.

  1. Eligible Transactions

  • Entries apply only to successful transactions completed via:
    • Remittance (Send Money Home)
    • OnDemand (cash / loan service)

  1. Entry Rules

  • Each successful eligible transaction = one (1) entry
  • Two (2) or more transactions = maximum two (2) entries per customer during the Campaign Period

  1. Draw Structure & Winner Selection

A raffle draw will be conducted at the end of the Campaign Period.

  • Total winners: Twenty (20)
    • Ten (10) winners from OnDemand users
    • Ten (10) winners from Remittance users

  1. Prize

  • Each selected winner will receive one (1) ê 500 eGift voucher.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  1. Disqualifications

  • Cancelled, reversed, refunded, or failed transactions will not qualify for entry
  • Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Payit’s terms may result in disqualification

  1. Data Usage

  • By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
